Based in Provo, Utah, Jonathan Rivera brings more than 15 years of experience in education technology, with a career spanning sales, marketing, customer success, product strategy, and business development. As CEO of Alumni Nations, he is passionate about helping K12 leaders build stronger alumni relationships that foster belonging, inspire generosity, and create lasting impact for students and communities. Jonathan is known for his people-first leadership style, strategic mindset, and deep commitment to helping organizations grow in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Kendra Kuehl
Director of Customer Success
Based in Suamico, Wisconsin, Kendra’s background includes a decade of teaching experience and a master’s degree in Educational Technology. Her work with Alumni Nations involves guiding new clients through the setup of their alumni networks and managing ongoing client needs, making her a key resource for seamless alumni engagement initiatives.
Jim Burgraff
Founder & Board Chairman
Jim is a senior strategic marketing and community engagement professional and founder of Alumni Nations. Jim has held leadership positions with fortune 50 companies including Unilever, RJR Nabisco, Hershey, and Coca-Cola, where he led their K12 channel partnerships. He was also Vice President of Corporate Marketing for School Specialty and their 60 education companies. Jim is the father of triplets, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a USMC Veteran.
